If you send us an e-mail to our web site, we will be happy to contact you within one business day and complete the order over the phone. Payment options include VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Sorry, we do not accept CODs, personal checks, certified checks, or money orders. U.S. orders only. Taxes Orders shipped out of the state of California incur NO sales taxes. We are required to add 8.25% sales tax to all orders shipped to a California state address. Shipping charges within the state of California are taxable. Shipping UPS Ships Business Days Only. The estimated transit time will be emailed to you upon request. When you order by credit card, we allow you to chose the level of service that you desire. All items are shipped by UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. Second Day Air and 3 Day Select services are available at additional cost. No PO Box deliveries. UPS can not deliver to PO Boxes, and therefore orders to PO Boxes will have to be cancelled. Most items ship within 1-3 business days, but there are some exceptions. Check the shipping time for each item you are ordering for the estimated time it takes to be shipped. |
Shipping Costs We are located in Santa Cruz, CA. We use UPS shipping and calculate our shipping costs based on the UPS rate table. Shipping charges vary depending on the destination zip code and the size and weight of your package. Special handling charges may apply on large or difficult to pack items. How to Check Shipping Rates Before you Buy: Put the items you wish to order in your cart and proceed to checkout. Before you finalize your order or give your credit card number, you will have the opportunity to choose your shipping method and see the shipping charges for each. You can then decide if you wish to continue and place your order. We strive to have 100% accuracy in shipping costs on our website, however mistakes may occur. If this happens, we reserve the right to contact you and correct these mistakes to reflect true shipping costs. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. Undeliverable Packages If your package cannot be delivered through no fault of Lobita Design, your shipping charges will not be refunded and you will be charged a 15% restocking fee. This means if the package is refused, shipped to an invalid address, or you cannot arrange with UPS to take delivery of your package, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee and all applicable shipping fees. Returns & Cancellations Lobita Design wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item within 21 days for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable (items sold with free shipping will be assessed a shipping charge). Special orders may not be returned. All returns must be in new condition with original packing material. Merchandise in less than new condition can not be returned. To return merchandise you first must call us at 1-408-369-9502 to obtain a RMA (return material authorization) number. Privacy Statement: Lobita Design is concerned about privacy.
